Wheel is made of the high strength 6061-T6 alloy blank, which includes silicon, copper, manganese, magnesium, chromium, nickel, zinc, iron and titanium etc.
Each Pomlead built the 1st automatic aluminum wheels production line with 12,000Ton forging press where the alloy bars are forged into the wheels shape.
Cold Flow-Forming Treatment
The rims becomes more uniform with more compact crystal structure after the cold forming process and the strength & anti-deforming ability are improved significantly.
T6 heat treatment increases the mechanical performance and makes wheels to be with high strength, super anti-fatigue and high corrosion resistance.
Each wheel is machined with high precision CNC without any welding to assure the roundness and balancing that can decrease the possible risk of wheels jitter and abnormal wearing.
The diamond cut process is carried out by the CNC machine where are no soldering point, Insure each wheel have perfect size, roundness and dynamic balance.
Strict Inspection & Testing
All wheels have to be strictly inspected to make sure dimensions, appearance and performance are complied with the requirement.
